STATUTORY :tARRANTY DEED
RINA•SECALE and MARIO A. SEGALE, as co- Trustees, under•
and pursuant to that certain Living•.Trust:Agreement of.Louis
Segal. and•Rina Segale, dated April 25, 1967, for and in
. ' tion•of the sum of Ten Dollars in hand paid, convey and warrant

estate, the following described real estate, situated in the County

res of King, State of Washington:
PARCEL NO. 1: •
All of Government Lot Five (5), and that portion of
Government Lot Six (6), lying easterly of the existing
C salty Road which extends in a northeasterly direction
over and across said Government Lot 6, all in Section
thirty -five (35), Township Twenty -three (23) North, Range
Four (4) E.W,M., EXCEPT therefrom that portion of said
Government Lot 6, lying easterly of said road and south-
westerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a
point on the southeasterly margin of said road which point
is marked by an iron pipe, and from which point the south-
west corner of said Government Lot 6 bears south 0'38'10"
west 313.17 feet an'! north 89'01'50" west 505.54 feet,
said distances being measured, respectively, at right
angles to and along the south boundary line of said Govern-
ment Lot; and running thence south 67'36'00" east 380.45
feet to an iron pipe, thence continuing south 67
east 50 feet, more or less, to the bank of Green River.
PARCEL NO. 2:
An undivided 4/30 interest in and to the following
described property: Beginning at a stake on the west
boundary line of the tract hereby conveyed and herein-
after described, which stake is situated 444 feet south
of and 571.5 feet east of the quarter section corner
between Sections 34 and 35, which said stake is established
and marked by two bearing trees each marked "B.T. ", one
of said trees being • fir tree 40 inches in diameter,
distant fro, said stake 65 feet south 14'30'00" east, the
other of said bearing trees being a cedar :ree 14 inches
in diameter, distant from said stake 22 feet south

The south 30 feet measured along the east line of the
following described property: That portion of the north-
west quarter of the southwest quarter • of Section 35, Town-
ship 23 North, Range 4 E.W.M., lying easterly of the Orillia
O' Road Extension, described as follows: Beginning at the west

lying easterly of the Orillia Road Extension,, described as
follows: Beginning at the west quarter corner of said
Section 35, thence south 87'56' east along east and west
center line 960 feet; thence south 53'24'59" west 727.57
feet to true beginning; thence south 38'42'02" east 1144.63
feet to south line of northwest quarter of southwest auarter;
thence south 87'57' east along said south line 100 feet to
southeast corner oP said subdivision; thence north 4'04'
east along east lire to a point bearing south 85'56' east
from true beginning; thence north 85'56' vest to true
beginning; occur-south 30 feet for road; and EXCEPT portion
lying within that certain 2.4 acre tract conveyed to Charles
C. Strong and others, as• dated July 5. 1904, and filed under
Auditor's File No. 322573. TOGETHER WITH easement over
existing road 15 feet in width, situated on the westerly
portion of Schoenbachler adjacent•to above described property
on• the East.
