We are enclosing a State Flood Control Zone application
and plans submitted to this office by Burlington Northern,
Inc., for the placement of landfill in the Orillia Indus-
trial Park in Renton, Washington.
We have reviewed the proposed construction and found it .
compatible with your State Flood. Control regulations, how -
ever the alignment for the proposed P -1 drainage channel
as shown on the applicant's plans has not been formally
approved.
Therefore, we recommend approval of this application and
issuance of a State Flood Control permit.
