Dear Bruce:
The Planning Commission, at its regular meeting conducted 22 July 1976, reviewed
the site plan proposed for Segale Business Park Project #752.
The Commission, after considerable discussion, approved the plan subject to the
following stipulations:
1. All curb cuts shall not exceed the 40 -foot maximum permitted under
Section 18.56.040 (TMC).
2. Landscaping shall conform to the Master Landscape Plan previously
approved.
3. Planning Department review of elevations and exterior treatment.

The Tukwila Planning Commission, at its regular meeting conducted 22 July 1976,
reviewed the proposed addition to your building located at 1120 Andover Park. East
in Tukwila.
The Commission approved the proposed plan with the following stipulations:
1. Any additional future expansion will be subject to ensuring provision
of adequate parking space and truck maneuvering space.
2. Review and approval by Planning Commission of detailed landscape plan.
3. Conpliance with any conditions imposed by the Andover Architectural
Control Commission.
