Temporary partitions should conform to the minimum construct- ion requirements of Section 1705 (a). 2. Nonabsorbent finish and backing for toilet room walls and floor should conform to Section 1711 (a). 3. ; .Exterior walls of type III buildings should be incombustible construction.
