PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
That portion of the Steven Foster and C. C. Lewis donation claims in Sections
14 and 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East ,.W.M.,'in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Commencing at a point which bears North 40 degrees 1'5" West a distance of
920.15 feet from a monument 'Hub' at the P. I. of a curve on the centerline
of the Duwamish Renton Junction road, now paved, said P.I., being approxi-
mately 1,000 feet East and 20 feet South of the quarter corner between Sections
14 and 15, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King. County, Washington;
thence North 49 degrees 24' West on a line 150.00 feet distant from and parallel
with the centerline of the said Duwamish Renton Junction road, a distance of
+835.00 feet to a point which bears North 81 degrees 44' 15" East a distance
of 199.17 feet from a monument 'Hub' at the end of a curve on the centerline
of said Duwamish Renton Junction road, said end of curve being approximately
1,200 feet North and 440 feet West of the quarter corner between said Sections.
14 and 15; thence South 40 degrees 36' West a distance of 20.00 feet to the
Northeasterly margin of the Puget Sound electric railway right -of -way; thence
North 49 degrees 24' West along said margin of said right -of -way a distance
of 326.21 feet to the true point `of.:beginning, thence continuing North 49

We are returning to you under separate cover the above subject
plan which was checked for conformance with the Uniform Building
Code and following are the comments of our plans checkers
1. Nonabsorbent finish and backing for toilet room walls and
floor should conform to Section 1711 (a).

2. Final interior layouts and details should be submitted
prior to installation to justify compliance with occupancy and
exit requirements.
3. Light and ventilation should comply with Section 1105.
4. mechanical ventilating system in toilet rooms should provide
a five- minute air change directly to the outside. Section
1305 (a). Section 1405 (a).
5. The interior wall and ceiling finishes should

6. Glass and glazing should comply with Chapter
