That portion of Government Lot 7, Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4
Easr. .4. M., in King County, Washington more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point from which the northwest corner of said

feet, said distances being measured respectively at right angles to and
along the north' boundary line of said, Government Lot, said point of begin-
