The Planning Commission hearing meets each month on the third Thursday at $ :00 P.M. in the City Hall Council Chambers. Applications to be heard at the public hearing must be filed in the office of the City Superintendent at least 20 days prior to the third Thursday, a. Next public hearing date December 21, 1972 Form A b. Last day to file for hearing December 1, 1972 2. REQUIREMENTS FOR FILING APPLICATION FOR CHANGE OF ZONE OR a. Filing Fees (1) For initial hearing by Planning Commission - $100 b. Application forms (2) c. Affidavits (2) d. Plot plans, scale 1" - 50' (2) e. Photographs (optional) MODIFICATION TO .00 (variance - REGULATION: $75.00) 3. FILING FEE: The appropriate filing fee must be paid at the office of the City Treasurer and the receipt presented to the City Superintendent at the time of making application. The purpose of the fee is to help defray costs incurred by the City in the processing and publication of the application and is not refundable. -1- 4. ADDITIONAL COSTS: Costs of making verbatim records and /or transcripts of hearings,. and related costs to the City of Tukwila, will be at the petitioner's expense. 5. PREPARATION OF APPLICATION: Print or type answers to each question. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT. PLEASE KEEP IN GOOD ORDER. The affidavits must be signed before a Notary Public by the owner or owners or the contract purchaser of the property. If signatures of persons other than the owners of property making the application are offered in support of or in opposition to the application, they may be received as evidence of their opinion on the pending issue; but they shall in no case infringe upon the free exercise of the powers vested in the City of Tukwila. 6. PLOT PLANS: Show the exact dimensions of the property at the scale 1" - 50', indicating all existing and proposed buildings, access points, off - street parking areas with each individual stall shoran, fencing and any other information that will illustrate your proposal. The plot plans must be in ink or blue line prints on a good grade of paper. (Show north arrow.) 7. VICINITY MAPS: Show your property in relation to other property and streets in the area to a scale of 1" - 200'. (Show north arrow.) 8. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROPERTY: Photographs may be submitted to illustrate the subjects under discussion and are suggested as exhibits with the application.
