Schedule, establishing a plan for the undergrounding of utilities within the City, be submitted before the third Thursday of March 1973. As you are aware, Puget Sound Power & Light Company has been prepared to comply with the stipulations of this ordinance. There have been reasons for delaying this which would benefit the City. In order to eliminate criticism of the City and our Company, this variance should become a matter of record. We therefore ask that on the October 19 meeting of the planning commission favorable consideration for this request be granted. Attached is a map which shows the location of our overhead electric facilities which are not in compliance presently with this ordinance. Yours very truly, Earl L.
