That portion of the Henry Meader Donation Claim No. 46, in Section 24,
Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, lying East
to' the Easterly line of State Road No. 181, West of the Westerly line of the
Puget Sound Power and Light Company right of way, South of the South margin
of South 158th Street and North of a line 402.82 feet South measured at right
angles of said South margin and parallel thereto.

That portion of Henry Meader Donation Claim No. 46, in Section 24, Township
23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, lying West of the
Burlington- Northern Railroad right of way, East of the Oregon - Washington
Railroad and Navigation Company right of way and South of a line 137 feet
South of the North line of said Donation Claim and North of the City of
Seattle Bow Lake Pipleline right -of -way. And
That portion of said Donation Claim lying West of said Oregon - Washington
Railroad and Navigation Company right of way, East of the Puget Sound Power
and Light Company right of way, North of said Bow Lake pipeline right of'way.
LESS that portion lying North of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section 24; thence South 87 °48'54"
East along the South line of said Section, 1110.88 feet to the monumented
center line of State Road 181; thence North 7 °42'44" West along said center
line 587.30 feet; thence North 87 °08'00" East 519.25 feet to the point of
beginning of said line description, said point to be designated "A" for
future reference, and said point being on the. Easterly line of the Puget
Sound Power and Light Company right of way; thence continuing North 87 °08'00"
East to the West line of said Oregon - Washington Railroad right of way and
terminous of said line description. LESS that portion described as follows:
Commencing at Point "A "; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of the
Puget Sound Power and Light Company right of way 20 feet to the true point
of beginning; thence South 1 °26'34" West along said East line 325.10 feet;
thence North 87 °08'04" East 95.59 feet to the Westerly line of said Oregon -
Washington Railroad and Navigation right of way; thence North 3 °40'04" East
along said right of way line 327.11 feet; thence South 87 °08 West 124.76
feet to the true point of beginning.
Together with that portion of said Donation Claim lying West of the Westerly
line of the Puget Sound Power and Light Company right of way, East of the
East margin of State Road No. 181, North of the North line of the City of
Seattle Bow Lake Pipeline right of way, and South of a line 402.82 feet South
of and parallel, measured at right angles to the South margin of South 158th
Street.
Together with that portion of said Donation Claim lying West of the West
margin of State Road No. 181, Easterly of Green River, South of the South
line of Government Lot 10 of Section 24, Township 23 North, Range 4 East and
North of the North lineof said Bow Lake Pipeline right of way. Less that
portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the North line of said Bow Lake right of
way with the West line of State Highway 2 -M (West Valley Road); thence
Northwesterly along said West line 380.00 feet; thence West to the East
bank of Green River; thence Southerly along said East bank to the North
line of said Bow Lake Pipeline right of way; thence East along said North
line to the point of beginning. EXCEPT that portion thereof contained in
State Road No. 181. LESS that portion of said Donation Claim, lying North
of a line described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the monumented line of State Road No. 181,
being 72 feet Westerly, measured as right angles to the Easterly margin of
said State Road, with the monumented line of South 158th Street, being 28
feet South, measured at right angles to the Northerly right of way line of
said South 158th Street, said intersection being represented by a punched
railroad spike to be designated "B" for future reference; thence North
7 °41'30" West along said monumented line of State Road No. 181, a distance
of 261.51 feet to the beginning of said line; thence Westerly along said
line to the Easterly line of ordinary high water of Green River and
terminous of said line; AND LESS that portion of said Donation Claim
described as follows:
Commencing at point "8 "; thence North 7 °41'30" West along the monumented
line of said State Road No. 181, a distance of 32.17 feet; thence South
86 °04'17" West 280.13 feet; thence North 7 ° West 20 feet to the true
point of'beginning; thence South 7 °40'58" East 20 feet; thence North
86 °04'17" East 220.00 feet to the Westerly margin of said State Road No.
181; thence Southerly along said Westerly margin 495.64 feet; thence South
86 °04'17" West to the Easterly bank of the Green River; thence Westerly and
Northerly along said bank to a point which bears South 86 °04'17" West from
the true point of beginning; thence North 86 °04'17" East to the true point
of beginning. EXCEPT
That portion thereof condemned in Superior Court Cause No. 592029; AND
EXCEPT the Southeasterly 10.00 feet in width adjacent to the above Cause
No. 592029.
