laws of the State of Washington the owner and holder of that certain mortgage bearing date the
17th day of November, 2009. Executed by Riverton Park United Methodist Church of Seattle, a
corporation to secure payment of the sum of Five thousand five hundred forty-one, ($5,541), and
interest, and recorded in the office of the county Auditor of King County, state of Washington, on the
8th day of January, 2010. Being Auditor's File No. 20100108000581 for value received, does hereby
release and discharge from the lien of the said mortgage the following described portion of the
mortgaged premises, situated in the County of King State of Washington,to wit:
