years from the date of this lease for the purpose of ins ailing and operating its Iaund-s. equipment for use by tenants. This
lease shall be automatically renewed for the same period of time unless cancelled by writing sent by registered or certified
mail by either party 60 days prior to expiration.
2. COMMISSION: METERED agrees to p as monthly commission to owner Seventy -five
per cent of the average per machine monthly income, after deducting $12.00 per machine.
3. INSURANCE: METERED shall main to general liability insurance on the laundry equipment
located on the premises and, upon request, to tsh OWNER with a copy of such insurance.
4. OWNERSHIP: The laundry equipment nd special attachments, even if affixed to any real property,
shall remain the exclusive property of METE ED. METERED may at all times have the right to enter the
premises for the purpose of collection, inspec 'on. repairs, alterations or removal of laundry equipment and
special attachments.
5. UTILITIES AND PREMISES: OWNER shall pay all utility charges incident to the operation of the
laundry equipment, and shall maintain all laundry areas c't the premises in a safe and clean condition and in
good maintenance and repair at all times. OWNER indemnifies and holds METERED harmless from any
claim, action, liability or expense for injury pr damage to any person or property arisir:g from failure to
maintain the laundry ur ✓a.
