It is the responsibility of the applicant to be aware and comply with all the terms and conditions as set forth in the agreement. The work is limited to that shown on the plans as submitted with this application, and such work Is limited to non- structural interior construction only. The following work is not covered under the blanket permit process and separate approvals, permits and inspections are obtained through the applicable agencies. Fees - The permit fees are based on valuation of construction as declared by the applicant on the application, and shall include all the work to be covered under the permit. The total number of fire extinguishers required for your establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each 3000 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 10B:C) dry chemical type. Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. (NFPA 10, 3 -1.1) Extinguishers shall be installed on the hangers or in the brackets supplied, mounted in cabinets, or set on shelves (NFPA 10, 1 -6.9), and shall be installed so that the top of the extinguisher is not more than 5 feet above the floor.
