Work and materials were found to conform :with Rupert Engineering's specifications dated 7.21 -93. Inspected hold -down anchor bolts at storage racks E, F, & G. Noted correct embed depth for 5/8" diameter parabolts. Bolts have not been tightly fastened with nuts. Isolated bolts ware :found to be placed at angle which will not allow clearance from rack frame•to fasten nuts. As requested by Mohawk Carpet, inspected completed placement of Kwik- bolt anchors at storage racks. All work and materials per specifications. All anchors were securely fastened w /nuts. There are two types of racks with two loading conditions for the 20' racks and one loading condition for the 16' Interlake racks. These loadings are illustrated on sheets 5 and 18 of the calculations. The racks were analyzed for resistance to overturning due to seismic forces per the 1991 . UBC. Standards.
