This procedure is in addition to any requirements for special inspection. 9: There shall be no occupancy of a building until final inspection has been completed and approved by Tukwila building inspector. No exception. 10: All construction noise to be in compliance with Chapter 8.22 of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code. These numbers shall contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numbers or alphabet letters. Numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches (102mm) high with a minimum stroke width of 0.8 inch (12.7nun). The new house is on a combined lot, Lot 12 & Lot 13, instead just Lot 13. In your comment of June 27, 006, you were questioning the handing of surface drain. In this new design, we put in two drywells for such purpose because there is no city stormdrain system in 48 Ave. as we understand from our previous projects. The drywells are located roughly in the middle of the house, one on each side, to reduce the traveling distance of the flow and the drop of the drainpipe. With 1% pipe slope and maximum traveling distance of 65' for foundation drain, the drop of the pipe is estimated at .01x65' = 0.65', which means the drywell can be placed at a higher level for a proper drain. The drain systems are shown in the site plan, with arrows for the flow directions and the covering areas for each drywell.
