ORDINANCE NO. 344
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA TO
ACCEPT AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FROM THE CITY OF SEATTLE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF WATERMAINS AND SEWERS.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE '1'UKWILA TOWN COUNCIL AS
FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor of Tukwila be and he hereby is authorized to accept
an Easement Agreement, dated November 21, 1961, and signed by Mayor
Gordon Clinton, pursuant to City of Seattle Ordinance No. 90557,
which grants to the Town of Tukwila an Easement for installation of
watermains and sewers across those portions of the City of Seattle
pipeline right of way, described in said Easement.
This Ordinance shall become effective after its passage, signing,
and publication as required by law.
PASSED and APPROVED by the Town Council and the Mayor this 9
day of 4' 1961.
