Dear Mr. Patton:
The Department of Community Development received you lot consolidation application on April 23, 2003
and it was deemed to be complete on May 15, 2003.
City staff has begun code - related review please review the following comments from City Departments.
Planning
1. Enclosed you will find a copy of the map that will eventually be filed with King County. If the map is
drawn to scale please provide a graphical scale. Please also notice that a north arrow has been added to
the map, please verify that this is correct. Please return this form as soon as possible.
2. The form "Affidavit of Ownership for Boundary Line Adjustment/Lot Consolidation" has been signed,
but it needs to be signed in the presence of a notary public. A new copy of this form has been provided
in this letter, please return the form, signed by the owner, and with the seal and signature of a notary
public. Please return as soon as possible.
3. You will also find enclosed in this letter the form "Boundary Line Adjustment/Lot Consolidation ". The
King County Recording Office has very specific requirements for the layout of this form, one in
particular is that all writing be within the margins. I have typed up a new sheet, please verify that the
information is correct and return to the City.

Once these forms are returned a final review will be done and when this is completed they can be taken to
King County.

Enclosed you find a site map showing sanitary sewer lines, water, and street access points. This is provided
for your information. In addition, the sanitary sewer is stubbed to the property and is available for hook -up
when the house is occupied.

The materials listed below must be submitted with your application unless specifically waived in writing by the Public Works
Department and the Department of Community Development. Please contact each Department if you feel that certain items are
not applicable to your project and should be waived, or should be submitted at a later date for use at the Public Hearing (e.g.,
revised colored renderings). Application review will not begin until it is determined to be complete. ADDITIONAL
MATERIALS MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY WITH CITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
The initial application materials allow starting project review and vesting the applicant's rights. However, they in no way limit the
City's ability to require additional information as needed to establish consistency with development standards.
