City staff has reviewed the submission and has the following comments. 1. Please insert a vicinity map on the BLA map. 2. If you wish to put utilities in the ingress and egress easement please label the easement as a utility easement. 3. Add the City of Tukwila file number as L03 -029. 4. Please put the following language on the BLA, "Fire Department turnaround is required if any structure is over 150 feet from the road ". 5. Add the following language to the short plat, "Houses more than 250 feet from a fire hydrant shall have either fire sprinklers installed or a hydrant shall be installed within 250 feet of the house." 6. Please also note the writing in red on the BLA map provided with this letter. . Staff would also recommend that some language be included regarding maintenance of the ingress and egress easement. For example, "The owners of lots A and B will share the cost of maintaining the ingress and egress easement." The actual language can be of your choosing.
