S 08 37'00" E, parallel to said, easterly margin of 56th Pl. S, a distance of 90.00
feet, to the True Point of Beginning; Thence N 88 ° 32'31" W, parallel to the north
line of said DLC #39, a distance of 100.00 feet, to said easterly margin of
56th Pl. S; Thence S 08 ° 37'00" E, along said margin, a distance of 67.69 feet;
Thence S 88 E a distance of 134.07 feet; Thence N 33 W a distance
