Commencing at the point of intersection of the north line of said DLC #39 with
the easterly margin of 56th Pl. S, thence S 08 ° 37'00" E, along said easterly margin,
a distance of 112.69 feet, to the True Point of Beginning; Thence continuing
S 08 ° 37'00" E, along said margin, a distance of 45.00 feet; Thence S 88 °32'31" E
a distance of 15.00 feet; Thence N 25 ° 50 1 45" W a distance of 49.86 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
