Mullet, Mayor Department of Community Development Steve Lancaster, Director The Department of Community Development has reviewed your application for a Lot Consolidation for the above listed Lots. The proposed meets with the requirements for a Lot Consolidation in the Tukwila Municipal Code and hereby receives Final Approval. To complete this process the approved Lot Consolidation must be recorded with the King County Recorders Office and a copy of the recorded documents must be returned to the Department of Community Development. The adjustment shall not be deemed complete until the City receives these documents. The steps to complete this process are outlined below. 1. Redraw the Site Plan. The original Site Plan submitted with this application was incomplete. It contained Lots 26 and 27, the long dimension of each lot, the street frontage and the north arrow. However, it did not indicate the lot widths, the existing structures and improvements and the lot line to be removed. The second Site Plan submitted in response to my direction that these items be included did not include the identifying lot numbers on each lot, the long dimension of each lot and was not drawn to show the entire lots (the east ends were truncated). (See attached instructions for "Document Standardization.) 2. Complete and have Notarized the "Affidavit of Ownership for Lot Consolidation" that was a part of your application packet. 3. Return both the Site Plan and Affidavit to this office for signing by the Chair of the Short Subdivision Committee (Department Director). 4. After the Chair signs the final document, it and other documents will be ready for you to pick up at DCD. Bring these materials to the King County Recorder's Office for recording. (See attached instructions, "Short Plat and Boundary Line Adjustment Recording Procedures.) After recording, submit a copy of the recorded documents to the DCD for inclusion in the City File.
