Mullet, Mayor Department of Community Development Steve Lancaster, Director Re: Cecil Moses Memorial Park ( —aka- North Wind Weir Park) at 11013 West Marginal Place South Lot Consolidation (L02 -048) We have completed a detailed review of your Lot Consolidation application. Certain additional information is needed from you to ensure that the project meets the substantive requirements of the City and to complete our review process. The following changes must be made to the Lot Consolidation plan sheets so that they will be in a form acceptable for recording. These changes are as follows: 1. Please insert the Lot Consolidation Number (L02 -048) in the box located in the upper left-hand corner of Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2. 2. The notary blocks located in the Declaration box on the left-hand side of Sheet 1 of 2 currently shows the City of Tukwila as the city in which the signing will occur. However, it is our impression that the owner (i.e., King County) will probably be signing in the City of Seattle, not the City of Tukwila. Please make the appropriate revisions to the notary blocks. After making the above - referenced changes, please submit one set of mylars (that have been properly executed and notarized) to the attention of the undersigned for routing to the Short Subdivision Committee. If everything is in order, the Chairman of the Short Subdivision Committee will sign your lot consolidation, constituting a grant of final approval. After final approval by the Chairman of the Short Subdivision Committee, we will return the original executed mylars to you. We will also supply you with a copy of the executed mylars for conforming by the King County Department of Records. To expedite the recording process you will need to submit your mylars, the copy of the mylars and the recording fees to the King County Department of Records (206- 296 -1570) for recording. After King County records the original mylars, they will be able to conform your copy.
