This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process. After reviewing your application we have the following comments: 1. Please number the lots as 1 and 2 and label their legal descriptions with the same number. 2. Please correct the before and after legal descriptions per the attached example sheet. You say that you want to move the lot line 5 feet, but the lot dimensions indicate that it is only being moved 4.6 feet. 3. Make sure that you leave a clear 1" margin on all sheets to be recorded, or the King County Recorder's Office will not accept your document.
