Dear Mr. And Mrs. Anderson:
Your application for a boundary line adjustment has been found to be complete on December 11
for the purposes of meeting state mandated time requirements. This determination of complete
application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that you submit additional plans or
information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to ensure the project meets the
substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process.
After reviewing your application we have the following comments:
1. Please number the lots as 1 and 2 and label their legal descriptions with the same number.
2. Please correct the before and after legal descriptions per the attached example sheet. You
say that you want to move the lot line 5 feet, but the lot dimensions indicate that it is only
being moved 4.6 feet.
3. Make sure that you leave a clear 1" margin on all sheets to be recorded, or the King County
Recorder's Office will not accept your document.

There will be no change in utility service (electricity - sewer - water - gas).
Both lots are owned outright by myself (Floyd J. Anderson) and my wife (Joan M.
Anderson) with no liens or any money owed on either property.
No other property owners will be affected, as the proposed adjustment is down the
middle of our two lots. The purpose of the adjustment is to provide a five foot
clearance between the current houses and the boundary line.
