This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process. The City finds that additional review time will be necessary to process your permit application because the additional information requested by this letter is needed to complete the review process.
