Your application for a BLA located at 9404 East Marginal Way South has been found to be
complete on 12/23/02 for the purposes of meeting state mandated time requirements.
This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that
you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to
ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process.
The City finds that additional review time will be necessary to process your permit application
because the additional information requested by this letter is needed to complete the review
process. The precise amount of additional review time which may be needed will be the number
of days between the date of this letter and the submission of the additional information.
Due to the time constraints of the application I am including some substantive comments in the
form of a memo from the Public Works Department and a set of redlines with this notice. There
may be additional comments from the Fire Department later. If you have any questions feel free to
