such trust benefit is being withheld hereunder, the trustees
may distribute such beneficiary's trust benefit at any tine
(but in any event before the expiration of the trust) to the
distributees who would take such trust benefit if the bene-
ficiary were in fact deceased.
The trustees shall serve as such without compensation
and shall riot be required to comply with the Tristees Account-
ing Act.
