All of the other parcel numbers are retired and inactive. They will still appear in Sierra, but you will not be

permit/land use application that come in after the lot consolidation was recorded will only have the parcel
number above.

City departments have reviewed our proposal. The following comments have been made to your
proposal. Please respond using the revision submittal sheet attached.
1. Provide an updated title report. Include Evergreen Entertainment in the title report. Imus
Bergen is on the title report for Lots 23 through 25, and Lot 4.
2. Provide a plan a plan updated with the lot lines resulting from the Maule Avenue street
vacation. Show the easements and the recording numbers.
3. Provide a plan that shows the changes in the lot lines resulting from the Maule Avenue Street
vacation. Please show the easements and the recording numbers.
4. On the plans, remove the comment stating that the City will relocate S. 140 Street. There is
no agreement of this kind in existence at this time *.
5. Update the lot consolidation survey *.
6. Include a copy of the existing lot description. �A

In.response to your review letter of June 14, 2001 (received in this office June 25, 2001)
the following information is provided for your attention. I also met with Jill Mosqueda on
Monday, July 9 to review the comments and be sure we have addressed them properly.
2. The easements and recording numbers for the Maule Avenue vacation have been
added to the plan.
3. Same as Item #2.
4. Comment on relocating 140` Street has been removed from the Lot Consolidation
plan.
5. The bearings between the Legal Description and the plan have been resolved.
6. This is the same as Schedule "jk of the title report, but copy is included.
Please review this resubmittal and let me know as soon as possible if there are any other
questions that need to be resolved.

7. Fire access lanes and turn- arounds which satisfy Fire
Department standards.
8. Show existing auli.pcapsseil utility easements and
improvements, on site including septic drainfields.
9. Document sewer and water availability if provided by
other than the City of Tukwila.

10. Storm drainage schematic design for all conveyance
systems, water quality features and detention structures per
TMC 16.54.060(D) (e.g., detention ponds/vaults, frop -T

11. Storm drainage Includes a Level One downstream analysis
per TMC 15.54.060(D), and a narrative discussion of

12. Fire hydrant: -- Locate the nearest existing hydrant and all
proposed hydrants (adequate fire flow demonstrated in the

The materials listed below must be submitted with your application unless specifically waived in writing by the Public Works
Department and the Department of Community Development. Please contact each Department if you feel that certain items are
not applicable to your project and should be waived, or should be submitted at a later date for use at the Public Hearing (e.g.,
revised colored renderings). Application review will not begin until it is determined to be complete. ADDITIONAL
MATERIALS MAY BE REQUIRED TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY WITH CITY DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
The initial application materials allow starting project review and vesting the applicant's rights. However, they in no way limit the
