complete as of July 25, 2001 for the purposes of meeting state mandated time requirements. Essentially, this
means that you have supplied the required items listed on the application checklists for these types of
permits.
We have commenced our technical review process, which is the next phase in the processing of your
applications. Although your applications have been found to be "complete ", the items you supplied may have
to be revised or amended. The City may also require that you submit additional plans and information to
