Please make the following revisions: 1. Each easement document must show the parcel numbers of the applicable parcels. 2. Each easement document must contain a drawing showing the location of the easement. Please make the necessary revisions and submit the easement documents with the boundary line adjustment/lot consolidation documents. After these documents have been found to be in order, and all of the requirements of the boundary line adjustment/lot consolidation have been met, the Chairman of the Short Subdivision Committee will sign the boundary line adjustment/lot consolidation, constituting a grant of final approval. The easement documents will be recorded at the time the boundary line adjustment/lot consolidation is recorded. The boundary line adjustment is not complete until final approval has been granted by the Short Plat Committee, the recording occurs and copies of the recorded documents are provided to the Department of Community Development. It will be your responsibility to record the City approved documents with the King County Department of Records. You will need to pay the recording fees and submit your approved original boundary line adjustment/lot consolidation to the King County Department of Records.
