All of the appropriate departments have signed off on the BLA. Your next step is to submit a mylar to the City. All property owners for both properties must sign the final mylar before submitting it to the City. It must also include the original stamp and signature of the surveyor. Once the mylar is submitted to the City it will be signed by the Chair of the Short Plat Committee and returned to you. After it is signed, you can take the mylar to King County for final recording of the document. The City is still in the process of reviewing the pending short plat application and SEPA application.
