WIT&:ESSETH, that first; psu ty, in consideration of ^1.00 receipt of
wh:eh is acknow]edfed, and the benefits which will accrue to the land of
grantor by the exercise of the ri5h;.s herein grsnted, do hereby re:aise,
release and forever grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, an
casement and right of way for the purposes hereinafter stated along the

. Said easement and right of way are for the following purposes: The
right to nn'er upon the above described land to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and repair a bank protection and /or other flood control works,
II including all appurtenances thereto, together with right to trim, cut, fell
and remove all such trees, brush and other natural growth and obstruction3
as are necessary to provide adequate clearance and to eliminate interference
with, or hazards to the structures. Also any rcaconablo access necessary
for river ia.prevunent work.
The consideration above mentioned, is accepted as full compensation to

To have and to hold, all and singular, the said casement and right of
way, together with appurtenances, unto Grantee, its successors and assigns.
