This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process. Building • The new lot lines appear to be acceptable, however, the "non -build easements" required under the Uniform Building Code have not been provided. These easements should be added to the recording documents. Fire • The BLA shall not be used to circumvent the per -site restrictions on above ground fuel storage tanks. • A 20' wide access road must be maintained around all buildings. • All existing and proposed above and below ground fuel storage tanks must be located on the property that they serve.
