Those comments basically asked 'if there were any common utilities and if so, had appropriate provisions been made for any common utilities. There are no common or shared utilities for the two proposed lots. .• Each lot and building has a separate water meter and water line which does not cross any Each lot and building has its own separate sewer line which ties into the Val Vue sewer district sewer- line, no portion of the lines are in common. However, the sewer line of Lot 2 (133 56 37th Ave. S) does cross the south east corner of Lot 1 to tie into the Val Vue Sewer District line. A 10 foot wide easement for sewer has been provided for this line and the easement is shown on the Short Plat Survey drawing. I forwarded the short plat survey drawings to Dana Dick of the Val Vue Sewer District and discussed the line locations and easement designation and he found them acceptable. Item 2 of our letter uested a letter from Water District #125 and the Val Vue Sewer Y letter/requested District confirming that they did not object to the short plat proposal. I am attaching letters from each utility indicating that each address -has separate meters add lines. Comments and revisions were sent to you last week. Please respond to these comments using the revision submittal form enclosed with the letter. If your revisions are correct and approved as submitted, your application will be ready for final approval. (You may) submit final originals of the survey, mylar, and any other pertinant items outlined in the instructions for the final approval phase of review at this time. These i : nstructions can be found on the original application form. However, the City retains the right to review all submittals prior to final approval. Further revisions could be necessary. When the original final documents are signed and approved by the Department of Community Development, it will be your responsibility to take the signed documents to the King County Department of Records to have the new land division configuration recorded. All documents must be original versions of the approved short plat. A recording fee will be requested at that time. For more information about recording documents, the King County Department of Records can be reached at (206 -296- 1570). After the document (s) have been recorded with King County, you are responsible for returning the recorded originals to the City of Tukwila for filing. You have four (4) to six (6) weeks to return the documents to the City. However, your short plat will be considered approved and complete at the time the original documents are received by the City of Tukwila. In many circumstances, building permits on the short platted property may not be issued until a copy of the original short plat is returned to the Department of Community Development.
