It is now the applicant's responsibility to record the City approved boundary line adjustment documents with the King County Department of Records. The boundary line adjustment is not complete until the recording occurs and copies of the recorded documents are provided to the Department of Community Development. The signature of the Chairman of the Short Subdivision Committee certifies that your boundary line adjustment is ready for recording. You will need to pay the recording fees and submit your approved original boundary line adjustment to the King County Department of Records (206- 296- 1570). After recording, the County returns the recorded originals to the City of Tukwila within 4-6 weeks, at which time your boundary line adjustment is considered complete.
