Dear Bill Arthur:
I am responding to your telephone call about the comment to your boundary line adjustment that
requested water flow data for fire hydrants (letter dated December 15, 2000). I have conferred
with the Director of DCD regarding this comment and it has been determined that you will no
longer need to submit this information. The comment from the Fire Department has been waived.
This information could be handles under the eventual building permit submitted for this property.
However, the "Information Item" included in this letter remains in effect, as follows:
The Public Works Department requests that you identify the location of easement
# 2000509000799. (This is a five foot easement, not the 30 foot easement that is shown on the
site plan you included for your application.) Please provide documentation to support this. (If
you have further questions about this comment, you may contact Jill Mosqueda at 431- 1639.)
Your application can not be processed any further until the issue listed above have been
addressed. Please submit this information with all the necessary plans and paperwork to comply
with the final approval of your proposed boundary line adjustment. After all of the documents
have been found to be in order, and all of the requirements of the boundary line adjustment have
been met, your proposal will be submitted for final approval.

I am responding to your fax from this morning regarding the five (5) foot side sewer easement,
that was outlined as an information item in my letter to you, dated, December 15, 000. The
reviewing engineer in the Public Works has approved the information you submitted. No further
review will be necessary.
Please submit all the necessary plans and paperwork to comply with the final approval of your
proposed boundary line adjustment so that I may submit your proposal for final approval. As a
reminder, it is your responsibility to record the City approved documents with the King County
Department of Records. You will need to pay the recording fees and submit your approved
original to the King County Department of Records (206)- 296 -.1570. Copies of the recorded
original documents need to be provided to the Department of Community Development within
four (4) to six (6) weeks, at which time your boundary line adjustment will be complete. You may
hand deliver the copies to our office at any time after the documents have been recorded to
expedite the approval process.
