I have conferred with the Director of DCD regarding this comment and it has been determined that you will no longer need to submit this information. The comment from the Fire Department has been waived. This information could be handles under the eventual building permit submitted for this property. However, the "Information Item" included in this letter remains in effect, as follows: The Public Works Department requests that you identify the location of easement # 2000509000799. (This is a five foot easement, not the 30 foot easement that is shown on the site plan you included for your application.) Please provide documentation to support this. (If you have further questions about this comment, you may contact Jill Mosqueda at 431- 1639.) Your application can not be processed any further until the issue listed above have been addressed.
