Tukwila, WA 98188 We would like to request a sign variance for the above mentioned address. This variance would allow for a 50% increase in size of signage due to the doubled setback. This would be set back at least 30 feet from the property line that runs adjacent to West Valley Hwy., as per instructions by Vernon.
