Your application for a Boundary Line Adjustment has been found to be incomplete. In order to continue processing your application, additional information must be submitted to the Department of Community Development, as follows. I- O Z 2 D. Background According to the King County Tax Assessor's Map (NW 14 -23 -4) Lots 56 and 57 have been merged into Tax Parcel Number 217200 - 0285 -0. This merger (or consolidation) may have been simply for tax purposes or may have been a legal lot combination. The following documents may help to document the legal status of these lots: 1) a recent title policy (showing you as the insured) containing the legal description of the property; or 2) a recent site plan prepared by a licensed land surveyor showing the existing legal description of the property. If you have these or any additional documents, please make them available to the undersigned for review. Additional Comments As a courtesy, we are providing you with the additional, preliminary information. Although it is not a definitive list, you may wish to. review and consider this information before continuing with your application for a boundary line adjustment. 1. Our records indicate that although you are connected to the City water system, you are not connected to the City's sanitary sewer system. Approval from the Health Department will be necessary as a condition to approval of a boundary line adjustment or short plat. Ms. Peppe Olyano, an inspector with the Health Department, may be reached at 206 - 296 -4932 to provide you with information regarding their approval process. 2. The site plan you provided with your application does not show the location of existing utilities and utility easements. Upon receipt of information establishing Lots 56 and 57 to be two, separate legal lots of record, the City will be able to continue the processing of your application. This application will expire if we do not receive the additional information within 90 days of the date of this letter, unless an extension is granted pursuant to Section 18.104.070(E) of the Tukwila Municipal Code.
