Commencing at a concrete monument at the intersection of the
centerline of the City of Seattle Transmission Line Right of
Way, with the centerline of 48th Avenue South as recorded under
Auditors file No. 6313596, records of King County, Washington;
thence north 41 East along said centerline 533.70 feet,
thence South 48 East 25.00 feet to the Southeasterly
margin of said 48th Avenue South and the Point of Beginning,
