The proposed construction, as stated to us, will be located East of the existing USWC underground telephone facilities which are situated on private easement. USWC has no objection to the construction of this complex, as proposed, provided the nearest structure is constructed a minimum of ten feet from our existing underground cable, as determined by a field locate.
