Re: Proposed construction of Econo -Lodge Motel Complex- Tukwila,
Washington
Dear Ms. Spencer,
U S WEST Communications (USWC) has determined that construction
of the Econo -Lodge Motel on the property located at 4006 So.139th
St., Tukwila, Washington will not be in conflict with the USWC
..-in-place underground telephone facilities and /or future use of our
private property easement. The proposed construction, as stated to
us, will be located East of the existing USWC underground telephone
facilities which are situated on private easement. USWC has no
objection to the construction of this complex, as proposed, provided
the nearest structure is constructed a minimum of ten feet from our
existing underground cable, as determined by a field locate.

The map should be a scaled drawing on paper no larger than 8-1/2" by 14"
and should include the following elements:
Northpoint, scale and date.
Dashed lines showing location of existing lot line(s) and solid lines showing proposed
lot line locations.
Dimensions of all easements existing and proposed.
Access, including width, name and condition of adjacent streets.
VDimensions of all lines and total lot or parcel sizes.
Mean lot width of all residential lots.
FXExisting contours at two -foot intervals. (This may be waived if no portion of subject
property exceeds grades of 15 %.)
