Per our discussion on 8/28/96 we will be reinstalling the fence between our property and the
WSDOT right of way on our property line, The top of the new fence will be 6' above the grade of
the shoulder at the edge of the roadway. We will also be returning the shoulder back to its original
condition, grading it flat to the adjacent roadway, not burming it as the attachment to the permit
shows.
I would also like to request an extension of permit time. Please call me immediately if this does not

4. Parking Easement Ap_Ilic,ible to rarcels A. B. and C.
Declarant and all future owners of Parcels A. B, and C
and their business invitees, licensees, and employees shall have
the right to use free of charge, the parking areas located on
Parcels A, D, and C as shown in Exhibit 1 in common with each
other.
5. Parkina Easement Applicable to Parcel D.
Declarant, its successors, assigns, business invitees,
licensees. and the tenants of Parcel D and their employees shall
have the right to the exclusive use of twelve (12) narking spaces
located in the northt•.5t section of Parcel.0 and specifically
denominated on Exhibit 2 attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference. As the consideration for the casement granted
herein to the Declarant and /or subsequent owner of Parcel . said
owner shall pay to the owner of Parcel C the sum of TWO nur:uRED
FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) per year towards the maintenance require-
ments of Parcel C.
6. Right -of -Wade Easement.':
