You wanted the surveyor to clarify the right -of -way for S. 139th. It is as clear as King County ordinance 3109 permits him to be. Copy of his information enclosed. There apparently has never been an actual recorded easement for the right -of -way and if the property has been physically inspected by someone from the City of Tukwila they would probably understand why.
