Pearl and Carole R. Pearl are the owncl: of record of the real property described in Exhibit A as 405 Baker Blvd, and Exhibit B as 401 Baker Blvd., Tukwila, Wa. Owner of the above property shall be responsible for the cost of installing all improvements, grading, paving and landscaping for the access easement as approved by the City of Tukwila.
