The City of Tukwila has processed your request for a boundary line adjustment for the Green River
Trail.
In our review, the Public Works Department noted that some portions of the legal description are
inaccurate. Following are corrections to the legal description:
Lot A - line 12:
Current: south 12 degrees 44'05' west 10.33 feet.
Correction: south 18 degrees 44'05' west 10.33 feet.
Lot B - line 12:
Current: south 12 degrees 44'05' west 10.33 feet.
Correction: south 18 degrees 44'05' west 10.33 feet.
Please make appropriate changes and return a copy to us as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Jimerson
I have enclosed an application for a Lot Line Adjustment for your
approval. The boundary change has been necessitated by King
County's acquisition of a portion of two tax parcels for the Green
River Trail. No development of the County's portion of the site is
contemplated beyond the paving of the trail surface. The County is
not aware of any anticipated changes in the improvements on the
remaining parcel.

Revised sketches for the Lot Line Adjustment necessitated by our
acquisition of a portion of the subject properties for a multi-
purpose trail are enclosed.
I did both a before and after sketch using the map of the King
County Department of Assessments, which now shows a segregation of
the parcels. Hopefully this will clarify the effect of the changed
boundaries.
If you have further questions or need further information on the

County acquired property for the Green River Trail from a portion
of the Adolph Sanft property at 6458 South 144th Street.
As I indicated on the phone, the narrative legal description, as

Assessor's map, and I believe it is also consistent with the
description on the application, although I can see that the bearing
on the map is difficult to distinguish.
