Do you have any plans for future additions, expansion, or further activity related to or connected with this proposal? If yes, explain. Following construction of the water line there are plans for widening and itnproving East. Marginal Way South from the Boeing Access Road/Pacific Highway South intersection to the north Tukwila city limit. The existing roadway will be widened to provide one additional 12 foot lane northbound from the Boeing Access Road to South Norfolk Street and southbound from South 92nd Pace to South 96th Place. Proposed RECEIVED JUN 2 71994 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 1 improvements include: cement concrete curb and gutter; 6-foot sidewalks; signalization (including interconnect and coordinated signal control); signing; pavement marking; storm drainage; utility adjustments; landscaping; and transit facilities as necessary. Also included are improvements to East Marginal Way South intersections at Boeing Access Road; South 104th Street; South 102nd Street; South Norfolk Street; South 96th Place; South 94th Place; South 92nd Place; South 90th Place; South 87th Place; South 86th Place; and South 81st Place. Intersection improvements on East Marginal Way South will be designed to meet urban industrial design standards. 8. (Lead agencies may modify this form to include additional specific information on project description.) The proposed project includes construction of approximately 17,000 feet of 16" ductile iron water line including cross ties and connections to, and replacement of existing services. This new waterline will provide services to customers currently served by an existing 21" line in the project area. The 21" line has been determined inadequate for future distribution service to the area. The new line will be constructed along either edge ofEast Marginal Way South between 16th Avenue South proceeding 2 southerly to South 115th Street and continuing east along South 115th Street to 42nd Avenue South to tie into the City of Tukwila's existing system. 12. Location of the proposal Give sufficient information for a person to understand the precise location of your proposed project, including a street address, if any, and section, township, and range, if known. If a proposal would occur over a range of area, provide the range or boundaries of the site(s). Provide a legal description, site plan, vicinity map, and topographic map, if reasonably available. While you should submit any plans required by the agency, you are not required to duplicate maps or detailed plans submitted with any permit applications related to this checklist. The proposed water line will extend along East Marginal Way South from 16th Avenue South southerly to South 115th Street and continue easterly along South 115th Street to 42nd Avenue South. Where will this water flow? Will this water flow into other waters? If so, describe. Runofcollection for this area will not be altered from the existing conditions. The Duwamish River will continue to be the discharge point for all surface runoff 2) Could waste materials enter ground or surface waters? If so, generally describe. Some minor sediment or pollutants generated during construction may enter the Duwamish River. d. Proposed measures to reduce or control surface, ground, and runoff water impacts, if any: The contractor will be required to maintain adequate runoff control measures : as outlined in the Temporary Erosion- Sedimentation Control plans, and in accordance with City of Tukwila construction standards and permit conditions. 4.
