The project is maintenance and replacement of the golf course irrigation pump system which draws its water from the Duwamish River. The current pump station is over 30 years old. Crews place it into the river in early spring and remove it in the fall. The irrigation system currently uses an average of 200,000 *gallons per day during the golf season (April - October). 12.
