,The Department of Community Development has approved your Boundary
Line Adjustment (BLA) application #L94 -0094. The next step is to
record the BLA with King County.
You will need to file the attached original forms with the King
County Department of Records (Room 311, King County Administration
Building, 500 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104, 296 - 1570). Copies of
the recorded BLA documents are to be returned to the City of
Tukwila Department of Community Development. The County will mail
to us the recorded original in approximately 4 -6 weeks, or, you can
hand -carry a recorded copy to us.
After we receive the recorded documents, your BLA is considered
complete. Prior to issuance of any building permits for the lots,
a copy of the recorded BLA must be filed with the Department of
Community Development.

The map should be a scaled drawing on paper no larger than 8-1/2" by 14"
and should include the following elements:
Northpoint, scale and date.
`0- Dashed lines showing location of existing lot line(s) and solid lines showing proposed
lot line locations.
Dimensions of all easements existing and proposed.
Access, including width, name and condition of adjacent streets.
Dimensions of all lines and total lot or parcel sizes.
Mean lot width of all residential lots.
Existing contours at two -foot intervals. (This may be waived if no portion of subject
property exceeds grades of 15 %.)
