The City has approved your Boundary Line. Adjustment (BLA). The next
step is to record your BLA with King County.
You will need to file the attached original forms with the King
County Department of Records (Room 311, King County Administration
Building, 500 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA, 98104, 296-1570). A copy of
the recorded BLA is to be returned to the City of Tukwila Dept. of
Community Development. The County will mail to us the recorded
document in approximately 4-6 weeks, or, you can hand-carry the
recorded BLA to us. After we receive the recorded documents, your
BLA is considered complete.
Please let me know if you have any questions on the recording process
(431-3670).
