A copy of the recorded BLA is to be returned to the City of Tukwila Dept. of Community Development. The County will mail to us the recorded document in approximately 4-6 weeks, or, you can hand-carry the recorded BLA to us. After we receive the recorded documents, your BLA is considered complete.
