The subject project was reviewed at the June 2, 1993, Public Works
plan review meeting. The following comments were noted:
1. 48th Avenue South and 48th Place South are local access streets
and require a minimum of 50' of public right-of-way. 48th Place
South has adequate right-of-way; however, the developer should
be notified that an additional 5' dedication will be required
along 48th Avenue South prior to building permit approval. Also,
in residential areas, the Subdivision Code requires that a right
-of-way dedication be executed to provide for a minimum radius
of 25' at the intersection of 48th Avenue:. South and 48th Place
South.
2. It appears that a No-Protest Water Agreement will need to be
signed prior to permit approval to facilitate future upgrade of
water mains in this area.
3. The legal description accurately describes the parcel shown on
the certified survey plat.

provided to assist you in submitting a complete application. Please do not turn in your
application until all items which apply to your proposal have been checked off. If you have
any questions, contact the City of Tukwila Planning Division at 431 -3680.
