Scott June 30, 1993 On May 24, 1993, Jack D. Scott applied for Boundary Line Adjustment (BLA) #L93 -0039. The BLA appeared to be necessary for Mr. Scott to meet setback requirements for a proposed garage at 13020 34th Avenue South. However, Mr. Scott has documented that existing lot lines do not need to be re- aligned in order for him to meet setback requirements.
