Well, to summarize a sort -of- confusing background: The reason we still have 2 parcel numbers & line not recorded or adjusted is that the applicant did not complete the final steps in the process. He was supposed to complete these with the County, and provide us copy of revised deed & legals at the time of building permit application. BLA #L93 -0040. I have file. City of Tukwila John W. This new legal description must be provided with any building permit applications for the site. 3. A copy of the deed to the combined parcel, which contains the new legal description and verifies that the entire parcel is owned by the same individual(s), must be provided with any building permit applications for the site.
