PUGET SOUND POWER G LIGHT COMPANY, a Washington corporation, for and in conside•ation of Mutual Benefits hereby conveys and quit claims to the STATE OF WASHINGTON, the following described real estate situated in King County, State of Washington, to the same extent and purpose as if the rights herein granted had been acquired under Eminent Domair statute of the State of Washington: 'V All that portion of the following described Parcel "A" lying southwesterly of the following described line: Beginning at Highway Engineer's Station (hereinafter referred to as H.E.S.) �D T.S. (2M) 115 +55.79 on the 2M Line of SR 405, Green River Interchange; thence northeasterly at right angles to said line 40 feet; thence southeasterly parallel with said line to a point opposite H.E.S. 116 +40; thence northeasterly at right angles to said line 10 feet; thence southeasterly parallel with said line to a point opposite H.E.S. 120+50; thence northeasterly at right angles :o said fine 5 feet; thence south- easterly parallel with said line to a point opposite H.E.S. 123 +00; thence northeasterly at right angles to said line 5 feet; thence southeasterly parallel with said line to a point opposite H.E.S.
