I met with Mr. Barnes on Friday and he said that the house on Parcel A (the one being made smaller) is
on sewer and the house on Parcel B (the one getting bigger) is on septic. Therefore he does not see the
need for KC Health Department approval of the change. I agree and I think item 1 from my letter to him
of June 19, 2006 can be deleted.
He says that he has provided the surveyor with title reports and so the note referenced in item 2 will be
removed.
I had previously explained to him your concern with the easement bearing mentioned in item 3 and he
says the surveyor has addressed it.
On Friday I gave him a sample easement document, he may contact you with questions via email (I have
cc'd him).

Your application for a 3 lot boundary line adjustment located at 15828 51' Ave S in Tukwila was found to
be complete on May 23, 2006 for the purposes of meeting state mandated time requirements. The Short
Subdivision Committee has completed its review and has the following comments.
1) Since only the existing residence on parcel A has sewer service and residences on parcels B and
C are on septic, applicant shall submit King County Health approval for this BLA.
2) Surveyor's 2n Note on sheet 1 of 2 states that the survey was conducted without the benefit of a
current title report. Do we have an old title report, so we can verify if there are any restrictions
or limitations that will preclude the BLA ?
3) Please verify easement south bearing, why is it different from south line of Parcel A bearing.
4) Submit a separate easement /maintenance agreement document with easement legal description
and reference the separate document on the BLA drawing with a space for the recording number.
Please submit the information requested above. Revise the BLA drawings per items 3 and 4. Fill in
the project number on the upper left corner of the drawings, have them signed by all of the owners
and notarized and submit a rolled, not folded, original for our final approval.
